The SSMT2000 program takes raw time series files, calibration files, and site parameter files as input. In the first step, it produces Fourier coefficients, which are then recalculated with data from reference sites using robust routines. The output is in the form of MT Plot files containing multiple cross-powers for each of the analyzed frequencies.
